South Boston's Devine Recovery Center (DRC) is hosting a sober Saint Patrick's Day event. Participants are meeting at DRC at 10:00 a.m. for pre-parade activities and fellowshipping. After, everyone will head to the designated sober parade spot at Old Colony & Dorchester.
