We at Essex County Outreach (ECO) recognize that you may encounter financial barriers when seeking recovery services. Part of our BJA COSSUP grant goals are to provide housing assistance to those in need within the Essex County community. No journey is the same, and we honor and support all pathways.
Funding of $500 housing assistance is available and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Upon acceptance of the $500 assistance, you agree to be contacted by an ECO Recovery Coach to assist you on your recovery journey.
Below is the criteria for applying:
- You must be a resident of Essex County
- You must meet the financial need
- You must be accepted into an ECO approved facility.
- Please fill out the application to the best of your ability.
