Salem PD and ECO present Community Connections, a resource BBQ for the city of Salem that focuses especially on supporting the unhoused population. Resources will include Salvation Army, MASSHIRE, Citizens Inn, The Salem Pantry, AdCare, Eliot, Northeast Legal Aid, and more.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE:
Due to funding limitations, Essex County Outreach has temporarily suspended recovery coaching services throughout most of Essex County and is not currently accepting new referrals in those areas.
Through RIZE-funded programming, we will continue providing recovery coaching services in Gloucester, Ipswich, and Rockport in partnership with CORE Peer Recovery & Resource Center until the end of 2026. At this time, our available resources are limited to these communities unless additional funding becomes available.
This was not an easy decision. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported our mission over the years and to the individuals, families, first responders, and community partners who have trusted us to walk alongside them.
