- Al-Anon offers electronic and live meetings for anyone affected by a loved one’s alcoholism. Here is their meeting directory. This is a free resource.
- Allies in Recovery offers online support for families dealing with a loved one’s addiction, using the evidence-based CRAFT method (Community Reinforcement and Family Training). It is free for Massachusetts residents. There are free membership options for those who qualify.
- Learn to Cope offers live meetings and online support forums to families, friends, and loved ones who have someone in their lives who is struggling with addiction. Here is their meeting calendar. This is a free resource.
- Magnolia New Beginnings provides online live support groups, training, and resources for families. Here is their private Facebook group with links to meetings and other helpful information. Every Wednesday, Magnolia collaborates with Spectrum Health Systems and New England Recovery Center to host a free online meeting. Follow this link for more information.
- National Alliance on Mental Health is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. Here is their family support group directory. This is a free resource.
- CMC: Foundation for Change offers resources and training for families of loved ones struggling with substance use. “Family Monday” meetings are live online for $15.00.
