Essex County Outreach (ECO) is a collaborative effort among the 34 police departments in Essex County, the Essex County Sheriff’s Department, the Essex County District Attorney’s Office, as well as our multiple community partners to combat substance use disorders and mental health matters. We aim to identify individuals and family members in need and connect them to appropriate resources.
